The Ontario Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals is a non-profit organization whose members find creative and practical financial solutions for individuals, companies and their stakeholders, advise on insolvency and restructuring issues, and provide insolvency and restructuring services throughout Ontario.
Our members are licensed and regulated by the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy, under the federal Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. OAIRP was established in 1981 to represent the distinct interests of Ontario-located CIRP/LITs and debtors.
