NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Annual General Meeting of the Ontario Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals will be held at the OAIRP Education Webinar on Tuesday, January 17, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. via Zoom. Zoom details to follow with registration for the Education Webinar.
 
The Agenda for the Annual General Meeting will be:

1. Approval of the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on March 30, 2022.
2. Report on the activities of the Board of Directors and committees.
3. Report on the composition of the Board of Directors for 2023.
4. Report on the Association’s Financial Statements for the year ended April 30, 2022.
5. Transacting such further business as may be properly brought before the meeting

Attached to this Notice are the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on March 30, 2022, the audited Financial Statements of the Association for the year ended April 30, 2022.
