NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Annual General Meeting of the Ontario Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals will be held after the OAIRP Education Webinar on Wednesday, October 25, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. via Zoom. Zoom details to follow for registration of the Education Webinar and Annual General Meeting. 
 
The Agenda for the Annual General Meeting will be:

1. Approval of the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on January 17, 2023.
2. Report on the activities of the Board of Directors and committees.
3. Report on the composition of the Board of Directors for 2023/2024.
4. Report on the Association’s Financial Statements for the year ended April 30, 2023.
5. Transacting such further business as may be properly brought before the meeting

Attached to this Notice are the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on January 17, 2023, and the Election Notice for the 2023/2024 Board Members. 

The audited Financial Statements of the Association for the year ended April 30, 2023, will be distributed in September.
