NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Annual General Meeting of the Ontario Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals will be held on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. via Zoom. Zoom details will be provided closer to the date. 
 
The Agenda for the Annual General Meeting will be:

1. Approval of the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on October 25, 2023.
2. Report on the activities of the Board of Directors and committees.
3. Report on the composition of the Board of Directors for 2024/2025.
4. Report on the Association’s Financial Statements for the year ended April 30, 2024.
5. Transacting such further business as may be properly brought before the meeting

Attached to this Notice are the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on October 25, 2023, and the Election Notice for the 2024/2025 Board Members. 

The audited Financial Statements of the Association for the year ended April 30, 2024, will be distributed later this month.
